Nancy was such a great designer to have on my team during my time leading at Sonder. Designing at a startup requires a lot of patience and trial and error from designers. Nancy truly rocked the process and even excelled in that type of environment. She was particularly great at simplifying highly complex problems and provided dozens of variations every time we met as a team. When working on the clean checklist cards, her UI skills really shined. She was always looking for ways to improve the process for the team and even went the extra mile to help build and teach the rest of the team on how to use the component library. Nancy was also notably great at accomplishing her tasks and filling in the blanks independent of feedback, always showing up to meetings prepared with options and questions which made my role as a manager such a blessing! I’d love the opportunity to have Nancy on my team again.
